In mid-December, the network revealed exciting news: Haha, You Clowns has been picked up for two additional seasons. This offers showrunner Joe Cappa ample opportunity to expand upon the story of the Campbell family. The show focuses on three well-mannered teenage brothers whose central trait is their strong bond for their widowed father, with Cappa portraying for all four central characters.

Accompanying the news commendation from Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen, who described the series as "radically heartfelt and strangely uncanny." He specifically highlighted the fans who discovered the show and championed its uniquely offbeat appeal.
"All of you showed up for this new show, praised it on social media, and grew it week over week so we could approve not one, but two more seasons," noted Ouweleen. "In the words: 'You are strong! You are loved!'"
